The 2030 cliff

LL97 caps tighten sharply starting January 1, 2030. This view projects how many Article 320 buildings will exceed cap in the 2030-34 (or later) period using their most recent LL84 filing, and cross-checks against the Urban Green Council 2030 estimate.

Computed exposure last refreshed 2026-07-15 16:41 UTC (4 weeks ago).

EJ overlay source: NYS PEJA fallback
Environmental-justice areas shown here are drawn from the New York State Potential Environmental Justice Area (PEJA) dataset, published by NYS DEC. This is a state-level definition and is not directly comparable to NYC LL64 Environmental Justice Area census tracts (which are administered by MOCEJ). Where an LL64 designation is required, the LL64 primary source must be used.
See methodology · equity source decision for the exact fallback rules and how to force re-check.
