NYC Local Law 97 compliance operations
Local Law 97 (LL97) caps carbon emissions on roughly 27,000 large NYC buildings starting 2024, with sharply tighter limits in 2030. Every covered property from the DOB CBL is cross-referenced against LL84 benchmarking, LL33 letter grades, DOB and ECB enforcement, and OATH hearings. All numbers are computed from real public sources; DOB does not currently publish per-building compliance status, so this product recomputes it in the open using the same inputs and clearly flags what is derived vs where an official aggregate exists.
